Direct Security Systems (Midlands) Limited (The Company) was formed in 1982 and has enjoyed many years of experience in the security and service industry.

The Company is an NSI GOLD (formerly know as NACOSS) approved installer. It attained BS 5750 accreditation in June of 1993 and the International Quality Standard of BS EN ISO 9002 accreditation in August of 1996, and BSEN ISO 9001:2000 in October 2002.

The expertise and knowledge of the Direct Security team is attributable to the insistence of integrity, efficiency and professionalism of all employees, which is absolutely vital to ensure that customer confidence is at the highest possible level. This professionalism and the desire to solve client’s security demands have enhanced our reputation. A Security Consultation Service is available for Intruder, Fire, Access Control, CCTV and Monitoring Services.

 
Direct Security Systems Has attained BAFE SP203 accreditation and is able to carry out fire risk assessments to enable you to comply with the legislation changes of October 2006.

The Managing Director is Brian Smith, with 28 years experience within the Security Industry, who oversees all aspects of the business.

David Eastment is the General Manager with over 16 years in the Installation and Service departments within the Company, prior to being appointed head of the Sales team.

The Quality Manager and Operations Manager is Neil Binder who oversees all aspects of quality and performance within the company, including maintaining BS EN ISO 9001:2000 within the Company.

Our Security Consultants have many years experience as intruder, CCTV and fire alarm consultants and attend all updating British Standard Seminars..

All members of the Service and Installation team each carry a company mobile to enable the office and the Engineers to keep in touch at all times. This is to ensure a fast response to our contract customers at all times of the day or night

Direct Security Systems (Midlands) Limited offers an expert Security Design and Consultancy package, along with a complete comprehensive after sales service at competitive rates, for any organization or clients requirements.

We also have a Trade Sales Department, which is managed by Rebecca Beasmore. The trade department carries over £60.000 of stock. This also provides a spare parts back up for Direct Security Engineers.
